Information You Provide Directly
Account Information: Name, email, display name, password, company or workspace name.
Company Profile Data: Website URL, industry, and brand guidelines or configuration data you manually provide.
Payment Information: Payment details processed by a third-party provider. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Communications: Support requests and other interactions.
Content and Usage Data (Core to Service Functionality)
User-Submitted Content:
Text, documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT), images, URLs, and other data you upload, including:
- Primary content drafts
- Brand guidelines
- Company Knowledge documents used for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Feedback provided to the AI- Prompts and instructions
AI-Generated Content:
Content produced by the Service based on your inputs.
Service Usage Data:
IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, features used, login timestamps, and referral URLs.
AI Interaction Logs:
Your prompts, AI responses, and modifications you make.
Information from Third-Party Integrations
If you integrate third-party services, we may collect data as authorized by you and the third party.

Note on AI Model Processing
We use third-party AI models (such as Google Gemini) through paid enterprise APIs.
Your data sent to these providers through our enterprise API is not used to train their general models.
Nexeant does not use your User Content or Company Knowledge to train generalized AI models.
If Nexeant offers private fine-tuning or workspace-level model adaptation in the future, it will be optional and require your explicit written opt-in.

Workspace Members: Content within a workspace is visible to other members.

If Nexeant is merged or sold, your information may transfer as part of the transaction.
Legal Requests:
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety and rights.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is entirely secure.
Data Retention
We retain data while your account is active or as needed for operations and legal obligations.
Upon account termination, we delete active data within a reasonable time and remove remaining backup copies within a further retention window as required by policy or law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
